Immigration attorney Leon Fresco joined a Bloomberg Law Podcast episode to talk about the U.S. Supreme Court's actions to shift the government’s immigration enforcement priorities to assist President Joe Biden’s administration. Mr. Fresco discussed if the state of Texas has the right to sue the federal government over the changes of immigration enforcement. He broke down the main question for this case. The federal government does not have the capacity to take action against every illegal immigrant, which is why they have to make memos that talk about who are priorities, Mr. Fresco said.
