Parker Reynolds: Mentorship has been so important to my experience at the firm so far.

Scott O'Connell: It's supported in every fiber of the DNA of this place. From top to bottom, we work on each other.

Krithika Rajkumar: Mentorship is really important because the legal field is stressful and highly demanding, and having the right people that you can speak to is very important to develop your skills as a lawyer.

Mary Julia Hannon: I don't think we can do what we do without mentors and being a mentor.

Lindsay Irving: So I think that mentorship is really intrinsic to the practice of law.

Annie Gamez: This has been the best pairing thus far in my 12 years at the firm, and I'm really grateful for this experience and for her.
