Overview

Parker Reynolds is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Public Policy & Regulation Group. Ms. Reynolds focuses her practice primarily on legislative and regulatory issues related to healthcare and technology. She also has a deep understanding of matters related to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), privacy, energy, financial services, political law and compliance.

Clients, including corporations, coalitions, trade associations and individuals, rely on Ms. Reynolds for representation before U.S. Congress and the administration related to public policy development, legislative advocacy and regulatory compliance. This includes assisting clients in developing and executing strategies to advance their short- and long-term objectives and navigating complex and evolving political landscapes. She is also experienced in drafting legislation and legal analyses in support of clients' advocacy objectives.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Reynolds served as senior legislative assistant to former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), where she held an issue portfolio and advised on legislative priorities during the campaign season. She also supported Rep. Cheney's investigatory work for the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. Additionally, Ms. Reynolds served under Rep. Cheney during her tenure as chair of the House Republican Conference, assisting members across the entire party.

Ms. Reynolds's deep-rooted experience in public policy includes work with former Rep. Martha Roby (R-Ala.) and former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), as well as the House Committee on Ways and Means, a Big Four accounting firm's government, regulatory affairs and public policy team and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC).
