Partner Mark Haranzo co-wrote a chapter on navigating complex immigration laws in the United States for the 2019 edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to Private Client, a collection of practical cross border insight into private client work published by Global Legal Group. The authors provide overviews of U.S. federal income, gift and estate taxes as they apply to immigrants, as well as detailed information on different types of U.S. visas including B-1/B-2, F-1, H-1B, L-1A/B-1B and O-1A.
