Energy and environmental policy professionals Taite McDonald and Hannah Coulter and Government Contracts attorney Kelsey Hayes co-authored an article for Pratt's Government Contracting Law Report about President Joe Biden's Executive Order on accelerating clean energy industries. The potential amendment to the Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) would require federal agencies to consider "the social cost of greenhouse gas emissions" and establishes a "Buy Clean" policy, designed to promote the use of construction materials with lower embodied emissions.
