Pre-Liquidity Planning: Planning for the Sale of a Business

Private Wealth Services attorneys Joshua Husbands and Brent Berselli co-authored an article featured in the July 14 issue of the Portland Business Journal. The authors examined questions about Oregon income tax considerations, Dynasty Trust and Non-Grantor Trust. They also discussed how to take advantage of pre-planning the future sale of a business in Oregon.
