Holland & Knight Advised Investment of Puig SL in Colombian Company Loto del Sur

Attorneys Danilo Romero Raad and Lucas Saffon-Lopez advised Barcelona-based fashion and beauty company, Puig SL, in the acquisition of a minority stake in the Colombian beauty company Loto del Sur. The deal was closed on February 14.
