Digital Assets and Blockchain Technology attorney Andrew Balthazor was recently quoted in an article by the Daily Business Review discussing the downward trend of the crypto craze in Miami. With the collapse of crypto exchange FTX and regulatory uncertainty in the digital asset space, many crypto-based companies are considering moving offshore. However, many industry professionals view these downward trends as growing pains. Although the future of the digital asset space remains uncertain, Mr. Balthazor pointed out that there is still plenty of work to be done surrounding crypto litigation.
“[We're] making a concerted effort to improve our services to crypto clients because we think it’s just going get more complicated from here,” said Balthazor.
