Bankruptcy attorney Gustavo Cuberos was cited in an article published by La República that examines the liquidation of the company Muebles & Accesorios. The entity, which forms part of Dream Rest Colombia, has been the subject of numerous complaints by consumers with respect to the noncompliance with its administrative expenses. Mr. Cuberos highlighted how the process of paying debts and creditors and resolving a debtor's financial status works.

"The liquidator should pay in descending order: first, the workers; later, the lawyers; and so it pays until it runs out of money from its assets," he said.
