The article highlighted several areas that could be vulnerable to legal challenges if Chevron is weakened or eliminated, including the Affordable Care Act's (ACA) anti-discrimination provision, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, disability law and regulations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
