Land use and zoning attorney Hugo Arza was featured in a Q&A with The Real Deal highlighting top lobbyists and land use lawyers in the South Florida market. Mr. Arza said building robust relationships and having a deep understanding of local operational nuances is key to success in Miami-Dade County. He also commented on the role of being adept at navigating regional particularities for processes such as obtaining zoning and plat approvals.
"You’ve got to have relationships and you’ve got to understand how those places work. If you’re going to be successful, you have to take into account how each of those places operate [in order] to get your client’s needs met," he said.
