SEC Chair Gary Gensler to Resign on Trump's Inauguration Day
Senior Policy Advisor Scott Mason was quoted in The National Law Journal sharing insights on how the crypto industry is reacting to news of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Gary Gensler's upcoming departure. "With a Republican sweep on Capitol Hill, we may finally see legislation that sets some of those guidelines for the SEC and gives directives to the SEC as to what securities are, what commodities are, and how they are treated," he said.
