Labor and employment attorney Camilo Cuervo was cited in a Portafolio article where he shared his perspective on the fate of Colombia's labor reform. Eight senators from the Seventh Commission voted to archive the bill, and because they comprise a majority of the body, many professionals and industry groups consider the project sunk.
