In addition to financial growth, Holland & Knight has boosted its workforce by 4.7%, adding over 80 lawyers, and raised profits per equity partner to $2.29 million. The Firm aims to extend its reach in key regions like the U.S. West Coast and Latin America. Robert Grammig highlighted their strategic success.
