Real Estate attorney Estéban García was interviewed by Valora Analitik about the legal implications of failing to pay administration fees in horizontal properties in Colombia. Mr. García explained that non-payment can lead to the seizure of assets. He also highlighted that the administration has the authority to initiate executive processes, which can result in the liquidation of assets to cover outstanding debts.
"The administration can pursue the property itself that is part of the horizontal property or even other assets of the owner," he said.
