Holland & Knight Represents Fibra HD on Debt Issuance

MEXICO CITY (Oct. 31, 2017) – Holland & Knight advised Fibra HD (FIBRHD.MX) in its debt issuance of MX$1200 million pesos (US$66,000 approx.) under its long-term placement program. The issuance was finalized on Oct. 5.

Fibra HD is a Mexican real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, owns and operates real estate properties, including industrial, commercial, office and university properties.

The Holland & Knight team acting as counsel was led by Mexico-based Partner Guillermo Uribe Lara and Associates Adrian Gay, Jorge Gonzalez, Mirna Ordaz, Alonso Ramirez and Santiago Soldevilla. The team had previously represented Fibra HD in its $1500 billion pesos (US$100 million) IPO in 2015.
