Holland & Knight Represents Fibra HD in Double Debt Issuance
MEXICO CITY (December 9, 2019) – Holland & Knight represented Fibra HD on its successful fourth and fifth issuance of long-term bonds under its pre-authorized program (FIBRAHD 19U and FIBRAHD 19, respectively), totaling MXN$2.2 billion (approximately US$112.5 million). Both issuances took place on November 28.
Actinver Casa de Bolsa, S.A., Grupo Financiero Actinver, acted as underwriter of the transactions. The bonds received an investment grade credit rating of "HR AA" by HR Ratings de Mexico, SA. de C.V. and "AA/M" by Verum, Calificadora de Valores, S.A.P.I. de C.V.
The funds were applied toward the early payment of the company´s FIBRAHD 17U and FIBRAHD 17 bonds.
