Holland & Knight Represents Broadtree Partners in Acquisition of Triage Partners

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 22, 2023) – A team of Holland & Knight private equity attorneys, along with other practice-specific lawyers, advised private equity firm Broadtree Partners in its acquisition of Triage Partners, a technology-enabled software and service provider. The acquisition was announced May 10, 2023.

The acquisition will help accelerate the expansion of Triage Partners’ technology-enabled services and the globalization of its software as a service business. As part of the transaction, James Han has been named president of Triage Partners.

Charlotte, North Carolina-based Broadtree Partners is a lower-middle market private equity firm with an operator-centric model.

Triage Partners, based in Tampa, Florida, is a technology-enabled services and software provider to the telecom and reverse logistics industries.

Holland & Knight’s representation of Broadtree Partners was led by Partners Mike Miller and John Gilson. Their private equity deal team included Associates Jonathan Gerken, Alex Eblen and Kyle Turnbull, among other practice-specific attorneys providing valuable support.
