Holland & Knight Advises Fibra UNO on MX$1.5 Billion Sustainability Linked Bond Issuance
MEXICO CITY (December 12, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Fibra UNO (BMV: FUNO11) on its sustainability linked bond issuance for MX$1.5 billion (approximately US$86 million), corresponding with the FUNO 23-3L bond that is under its long-term program. The issuance took place on December 1.
The transaction comes as Fibra UNO announced the payment of the FUNO 13-2 bond for MX$3.1 billion (approximately US$177 million), which matured on December 4.
Based in Mexico City, Fibra UNO is the first Mexican real estate investment trust and the largest in Latin America.
