Hannah Marie Aho

Hannah Aho is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Ms. Aho practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Aho worked as a corporate associate for a Seattle-based law firm, where she handled M&A and other business transaction matters.

Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Aho helped individuals experiencing unemployment during the COVID-19 pandemic navigate Washington's unemployment benefits program.
