Emily Butcher Repetto is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Team. Ms. Butcher Repetto practices in the areas of health, regulatory and corporate law.

Ms. Butcher Repetto provides comprehensive legal counsel to a diverse range of healthcare clients, including providers, health plans, pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesale distributors, healthcare technology companies and healthcare-oriented private equity firms. Her knowledge encompasses regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, with a particular focus on Medicare, Medicaid, state regulatory boards and healthcare licensing issues.

Ms. Butcher Repetto's practice also involves conducting due diligence for healthcare mergers and acquisitions (M&A), analyzing fraud, waste and abuse concerns, and drafting diligence and healthcare regulatory memoranda. She is adept at reviewing, negotiating and drafting various healthcare-related agreements such as vendor and supplier agreements, physician employment agreements and business associate agreements. Ms. Butcher Repetto's work also includes investigating healthcare provider compliance with state and federal laws and drafting compliance plans in adherence to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Butcher Repetto gained valuable experience working at a major Boston metropolitan hospital, where she researched and drafted memoranda on legal issues affecting hospital operations. She also served as a law clerk at a Boston-based hospital reinsurer, focusing on contract review and civil procedure litigation. Her academic background, combined with her professional experience, positions her as a knowledgeable and effective advocate in the healthcare regulatory field.
