Overview
Holland & Knight's Healthcare Transactions Team includes more than 100 dedicated lawyers who collaborate with peers from other legal disciplines across the firm – such as tax, antitrust, real estate, labor and employment, dispute resolution and the environment – to assist clients with all aspects of their transactional needs.
