Jennifer Campbell is a California private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City and Newport Beach offices. Ms. Campbell focuses her practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration.
Ms. Campbell assists clients in drafting estate plans, advising fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates, addressing fiduciary legal risks, advising fiduciaries about trust funding and distributions, preparing estate and gift tax returns, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and drafting legal pleadings and orders.
In addition, Ms. Campbell's extensive experience in trust and estate administration and deep relationships with her clients allows her to construct and draft estate plans that avoid traps for the unwary and to guide fiduciaries through the administrations of trusts and estates.
Ms. Campbell's practice is enhanced by her extensive experience in law firms and the legal departments of financial institutions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Campbell was an attorney at a boutique private wealth services law firm in Los Angeles. She also previously served as assistant general counsel for a national bank and as managing counsel for wealth management for a global financial services company, giving her a broad perspective on the matters she handles.
