Brittany Cangelosi

Brittany Cangelosi is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and is a member of the firm's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. Ms. Cangelosi assists public and private entities in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital transactions.

Ms. Cangelosi also has experience in representing insureds and underwriters in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies in connection with M&A transactions.

During law school, Ms. Cangelosi served as the senior notes editor of the Hofstra Law Review. She also participated in Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) clinics to aid qualifying individuals in the preparation of their tax forms.

Prior to law school, Ms. Cangelosi interned in the University of Connecticut's Office of Institutional Equity.
