Steven J. Clarke is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office. Mr. Clarke's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, venture capital, search funds, independent sponsors and emerging companies.
Mr. Clarke provides corporate, governance and strategic advice to private companies, venture capital fund clients, their portfolio companies and strategic acquirers, in all aspects of their transactions and corporate governance maintenance.
He guides clients on business-level issues during transactions, manages legal risk and offers counsel to achieve business goals while maintaining relationships between parties.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Clarke was an attorney at a Seattle-based law firm. Additionally, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
