Overview
Paul Corley is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Corley focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financings involving banks, thrifts, trust companies, finance companies, insurance companies and other financial institutions; banking, insurance and trust product structuring and financing; financial institution regulation, compliance and enforcement; and charter, licensing, merger, conversion and expansion applications.
Mr. Corley assists international entities, particularly banking organizations and insurance companies, with their U.S. operations. He also represents financial institutions before federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Texas Department of Banking, Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, and Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).
