Isabella Díaz

Isabella Díaz is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Díaz focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as cross-border and real estate transactions.

Ms. Díaz is experienced in advising local and foreign entities in their corporate and commercial undertakings, M&A transactions and real estate dealings regarding properties in Colombia. She assists clients with complex legal and corporate matters and transactions related to real estate, as well as drafting, reviewing and analyzing commercial contracts such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, services agreements, share purchase agreements, bylaws and shareholders' agreements. In addition, Ms. Díaz has a significant background on due diligence processes and corporate governance as well as in-depth knowledge regarding compliance and data protection.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Díaz practiced at another law firm in Colombia, where she was engaged in multiple cross border transactions, and advised national and foreign companies in their corporate and business matters, with an emphasis in multilateral acquisitions.
