Overview
Marybeth Duda is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office. Ms. Duda focuses her practice on business transactions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Ms. Duda is experienced in assisting with a wide range of matters, including negotiating, structuring and executing business deals, as well as advising on corporate governance and compliance issues. She has in-depth knowledge of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and provides valuable counsel to clients navigating CTA compliance, helping them meet reporting requirements and avoid potential pitfalls in their corporate structures.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Duda was an attorney at a Seattle-based law firm. While in law school, she served as the executive business and marketing editor for the Seattle University Law Review and on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and externed for the Honorable Charles Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court. Before attending law school, Ms. Duda worked as a paralegal for six years.
