Overview
Thomas Freeman is a legislative assistant in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Public Policy & Regulation Group. Mr. Freeman primarily focuses on transportation, infrastructure and technology policy and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Freeman served as a legislative assistant at another Washington, D.C., lobbying firm. In this role, he gained experience in transportation and infrastructure policy and played an integral role in managing appropriations requests.
Mr. Freeman also brings experience from his work as a legislative intern in the offices of Reps. Andy Kim (D-N.J.), Lucy McBath (D-Ga.) and Mark Pocan (D-Wis.). These experiences provided him with a solid foundation in legislative processes and the opportunity to work closely with congressional staff on a variety of policy issues.
