Rob Giacchetti

Rob Giacchetti is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Mr. Giacchetti has extensive experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sales and leveraged buyouts. He also has experience representing strategic companies in transactional matters and providing guidance on other general corporate matters.
