Overview
Rob Giacchetti is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Mr. Giacchetti has extensive experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sales and leveraged buyouts. He also has experience representing strategic companies in transactional matters and providing guidance on other general corporate matters.
Clients value Mr. Giacchetti's strategic and business-minded approach to complex transactions, as well as his experience with a range of industries, including technology, healthcare and sports.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Giacchetti was a corporate attorney for Boston-based law firms, where he handled private equity and M&A transactions, along with other general corporate law matters. He has also served as in-house corporate/M&A counsel for a leading private equity-backed online educational content provider.
