Catalina Gutiérrez

Catalina Gutiérrez Albornoz is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office, where she focuses her practice in litigation, arbitration and intellectual property-related matters.

Ms. Gutiérrez has experience in litigation on matters of consumer law, trademarks and patents before the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), and civil, commercial, executive and contractual proceedings before the Colombian Judicial Branch.

In addition, Ms. Gutiérrez graduated with academic honors for her performance in the Higher Education State Examination.
