Theodore F. Hanselman is a partner in Holland & Knight's Boston office and practices primarily in the area of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hanselman provides clients with business advice, including the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; raising equity; negotiating loans, contracts, and license agreements; employment issues; shareholder issues; mergers; acquisitions; and the sale of businesses. Mr. Hanselman has extensive experience in equity financing of partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. Mr. Hanselman has particular experience assisting clients in the energy, technology, education and healthcare fields in transactions, including dealing with issues relating to the development, ownership, licensing and commercialization of technology.
