Overview

Craig Johnson is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office. Mr. Johnson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate transactions, securities law and real estate transactions.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Johnson was a summer associate in the firm's Jacksonville office, where he gained experience working with a wide range of business attorneys across several practice groups. Mr. Johnson was previously a summer associate for an Am Law 200 firm in Florida.

While in law school, Mr. Johnson served on the editorial staff of the University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Johnson worked as a sales representative for a global human resource management software company.
