Christian Kaiser

Christian Kaiser is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Mr. Kaiser represents clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity financings.

Mr. Kaiser has experience representing buyers and sellers in middle-market M&A across a variety of industries. He also has experience as company-side and investor-side counsel in equity financing transactions for startup companies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Kaiser was an attorney at a national law firm in Washington, D.C. Additionally, while in law school Mr. Kaiser served as an intern in the Student Honors Program with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C. and an editor for the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts.
