Alan Samuel Krischer

Alan S. Krischer is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and practices in the firm's Real Estate Section in the areas of Land Use and Zoning. He has extensive experience representing property owners throughout the development review process, including approvals of rezonings and comprehensive plan amendments.

Mr. Krischer assists developers in securing approvals for single- and multifamily residential projects, commercial and service facilities, and industrial developments. He also works with lenders and equity investors in evaluating existing entitlements in connection with land acquisition and construction financing. In addition, Mr. Krischer works with landowners in protecting their existing entitlements from encroachment from changes in local government regulations.
