Alyssa Krueger

Alyssa Krueger is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office. Ms. Krueger focuses on business law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and emerging companies.

Ms. Krueger is experienced in a variety of corporate legal matters, including both the buy and sell sides of corporate transactions, general corporate governance, executive compensation review and the formation of start-up entities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Krueger was an attorney at a Seattle-based law firm. Previously, she worked at the City of Seattle Attorney's Office, where she focused on employment topics such as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) implications and First Amendment protections.

While in law school, Ms. Krueger worked with the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic as a legal intern, where she advised small business owners in the Seattle area on a variety of business law issues.
