Ms. Llano has significant experience representing public and private companies, family offices, celebrities and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on structuring their investments, transactions and holding and operational structures, including corporate reorganizations. She also acts as a day-to-day advisor to her clients on various business matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Llano worked for a global law firm in Miami, where she gained experience in M&A, joint ventures, venture capital and other corporate transactions.
