Dayle Lower

Dayle Lower is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office, where she focuses her practice on general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Lower served as an intern for the Office of the General Counsel of an international hospitality company, as well as a legal intern for a Florida title insurance company.

While in law school, Ms. Lower was a member of Stetson Law Review and served as a research assistant with a concentration on the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). She also served as a guardian ad litem for Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit.
