Amber Jenise Maynard

Amber Maynard is a healthcare regulatory attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Maynard assists clients with the regulatory due diligence aspects of healthcare mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and other complex transactions. She also advises healthcare clients on day-to-day operational issues such as recruitment and employment.

Ms. Maynard provides counsel on regulatory issues such as Medicare and Medicaid licensing and reimbursement. She also helps dental support organizations (DSOs), hospitals and health systems and other healthcare providers maintain ongoing compliance with the federal Stark Law and state and federal anti-kickback regulations.
