Isaac Newell

Isaac Newell is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practices. Mr. Newell is based in the firm's Century City office.

Mr. Newell represents startups, growth companies, venture capitalists and growth investors. He guides companies throughout their life cycle, from formation and financings through exit planning. Mr. Newell has led financing and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions for companies in a wide variety of industries, including technology, real estate (PropTech), software, consumer products, e-commerce and artificial intelligence (AI), among others. He regularly advises companies on company formation and structuring, general corporate counseling, corporate governance, capital raising and M&A.

In addition, Mr. Newell represents venture capital and private equity firms, as well as strategic acquirers in connection with their investments and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Newell was a corporate attorney in the technology companies practice group for a global law firm in its Santa Monica, California, office.
