William W. Pacwa

William W. Pacwa is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Mr. Pacwa is experienced in thoughtfully reviewing and revising key documents.

In addition, Mr. Pacwa is an accredited representative with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this role, Mr. Pacwa represents veterans on matters involving their benefits, such as understanding and applying for benefits as well as assisting with review of, or appeal to, an adverse VA decision regarding benefits.

While in law school, Mr. Pacwa gained a sharp eye for detail while serving as associate editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Law Review and as a law clerk for the Department of Justice Journal of Federal Law and Practice. In the community, Mr. Pacwa enjoys helping others through volunteer work.
