Overview

Harshita Rathore is a healthcare attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office, where she focuses her practice on complex business transactions, including private equity deals, acquisitions of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers and joint ventures. She also provides regulatory compliance advice. Ms. Rathore advises on legal and strategic implications associated with various corporate entities, healthcare integration models, fraud and abuse, and self-referral issues.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Rathore gained experience in immigration law. Additionally, she has a significant background in academia, having served as a research and teaching assistant at Rutgers Law School and worked as a summer legal fellow for a leading North American technology company.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Rathore actively engages in her community, participating in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion.
