Overview
Eric B. Rubin is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Mr. Rubin advises clients on a variety of executive compensation matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), public offerings, equity and debt financings, executive compensation disclosure requirements, Section 409A compliance, golden parachute analysis and voting, employment and severance packages, and design and implementation of equity, phantom equity, incentive and deferred compensation arrangements.
In addition, Mr. Rubin advises clients on qualified retirement plan issues, including plan design, operation and termination, IRS audits and compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Mr. Rubin's practice covers a variety of industries, such as private equity, government contracting, technology, healthcare and asset management. Mr. Rubin also represents individual executives and management teams.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rubin was an attorney at an international law firm in its Philadelphia office.
