Diana Paola Serrano

Diana Serrano is a Bogotá corporate attorney who focuses her practice on consulting and advising clients on a variety of commercial and corporate matters.

Ms. Serrano, a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team, advises clients in the incorporation and operation of companies, compliance with general corporate duties, transactions and due diligence processes, as well as in the structuring of shareholders' agreements, share purchase agreements, capitalization processes, liquidations and corporate reorganizations. In addition, Ms. Serrano assists clients in insolvency/bankruptcy matters brought before the Superintendency of Corporations.

Ms. Serrano also has completed the international insolvency law specialization program through INSOL International, the international association of restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy professionals.
