Brooke Sizer

Brooke Sizer is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office, where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures. Ms. Sizer represents clients from varying industries, with a focus in the transportation and energy industry, where she has a particular emphasis on upstream oil and gas transactions.

In addition to Ms. Sizer's energy practice, which involves representing clients both onshore and offshore (domestically and internationally), she routinely assists clients in drafting and reviewing joint operating agreements, master service agreements, deeds, assignments and other commercial agreements. She also advises clients on various issues associated with the exploration and development of oil and gas assets, as well as prepares original drilling title, acquisition and division order title opinions. Ms. Sizer is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

As part of Ms. Sizer’s transportation industry experience, she has represented numerous clients in their buy-sell transactions and advised clients in the navigation of the various components of these transactions, including manufacturer approval and state requirements.
