Overview

Mary Ellen Stanley is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office who focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, securities matters and filings, corporate governance matters, commercial lending, leverage and asset finance, as well as complex structured transactions. Ms. Stanley is experienced in a variety of domestic and cross-border financial transactions.

In addition, Ms. Stanley's pro bono practice focuses on immigration, asylum and veteran discharge upgrade cases.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Stanley practiced in New York and London at a leading London-based law firm in its corporate and finance teams, representing clients in debt and equity capital market transactions and reporting, cross-border financings and structured finance transactions.

During law school, Ms. Stanley served as editor-in-chief of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
