Overview

Charnae Supplee is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Supplee focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She represents public and private clients in a large number of industries, including financial services, energy, consumer products and technology, and advises them on various matters concerning employee benefits and executive compensation.

Ms. Supplee has significant experience representing multinational companies that conduct business in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. She regularly advises compensation committees, executive management, private equity firms and banks in connection with a large assortment of compensation and benefits issues. She also frequently advises private and public companies in Asia and Europe on U.S. compensation and employee benefits laws. Ms. Supplee's degree in International Relations provides her with a profound academic foundation and enables her to manage the intersection of multinational businesses, law and policies.

In addition, Ms. Supplee has experience advising a variety of private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies to comply with employee-related laws in foreign jurisdictions by consulting and managing teams of attorneys in those jurisdictions. She counsels U.S. companies in granting equity-based incentive compensation to employees and independent contractors outside of the U.S. Ms. Supplee also works on a wide variety of mergers, acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions with global companies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Supplee was an attorney at a global law firm in its New York office.

While in law school, Ms. Supplee served as a student attorney in the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, representing residents of Washington, D.C., in wage and hour and unemployment compensation matters.

Not yet admitted to Pennsylvania Bar; admitted to New York Bar only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
