Holland & Knight Advises Cloud for Good in Strategic Investment from Tailwind Capital
TYSONS, Va. (April 1, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Cloud for Good, a four-time Salesforce Partner of the Year primarily focused on the higher education and nonprofit sectors, in connection with a growth investment from Tailwind Capital. The deal was announced on March 26.
San Francisco-based Salesforce is the world's leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses use artificial intelligence (AI) and data to improve their customer connections.
The investment will support Cloud for Good's growth as a leading implementation and managed services partner focused on Salesforce Education Cloud and Nonprofit Cloud, which is expected to accelerate customers' journeys across Salesforce's offerings. As the company invests in Salesforce's Data Cloud and Agentforce offerings, as well as adjacent industries, Cloud for Good is partnering with Tailwind Capital to execute a strategic expansion plan. This plan includes scaling the company into new Salesforce offerings and capabilities, as well as emerging as a leading thought partner for Salesforce and customers around AI and data.
