Diligent and dedicated to helping clients achieve their objectives, she has nearly a decade of experience representing healthcare companies, manufacturers, and private equity firms in strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and dispositions. She enjoys the complexity of transactional work and the challenge of bringing together all the elements of a deal. She has represented specialty physician practices in sales to strategic acquirers and private equity firms, healthcare providers in joint ventures with physicians, and investor-owned health systems in strategic acquisitions and dispositions.
Clients value Ms. VanLandingham's experience gained as outside counsel in a wide range of complex transactional matters and her insight into the challenges faced by corporate legal teams gained as a member of an in-house law department. Previously, Ms. VanLandingham gained experience in the Washington, D.C., office of Akin Gump and with Bose McKinney & Evans in Indianapolis.
