Alysha A. Yagoda

Alysha A. Yagoda is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office. Ms. Yagoda focuses on real estate and healthcare transactions.

Ms. Yagoda has more than 12 years' experience representing development companies, investors and mortgage lenders in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, disposition, financing and leasing of multifamily, agricultural and commercial properties. Within the multifamily space, Ms. Yagoda has extensive experience representing borrowers in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing transactions. Ms. Yagoda also frequently negotiates property management and vendor agreements on behalf of multifamily property managers and advises on compliance with real estate brokerage and similar property manager regulation.

In addition, Ms. Yagoda has a significant background in leasing for medical and dental offices and facilities; mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the healthcare space, including primary responsibility for negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, transfer documents and corporate documents governing post-sale operations; and review and negotiation of a variety of vendor agreements.

Ms. Yagoda also advises clients on navigating state and federal law for the conduct of research on human subjects, for which she draws on her depth of experience in administration of institutional review boards.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Yagoda was an attorney at a Seattle-based law firm.

Ms. Yagoda gained experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Ann Schindler of the Washington State Court of Appeals.
